According to § 3b StBerG, the Federal Chamber of Tax Advisors keeps an electronic directory of service providers from other member states of the European Union, the contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area or Switzerland, who are authorized to provide temporary and occasional assistance in tax matters in Germany according to § 3a StBerG. ATG Business AG is entered in this register.
The ATG is a member of the SIBA. The leading industry association requires ethical principles and professional standards in the industry and regulates behavior towards customers.
