How can you make provisions?

Pension analysis

In the event that one loses the ability to make judgments - be it due to old age, illness or accident - measures can be taken. Either with a handwritten health care authorization or a publicly notarized health care authorization. 

This defines how and by whom one would like to be looked after in the event of incapacity in personal matters, who will manage the assets in what way and which contracts are important to one. 

We explain what is important and what consequences the care by the child and adult protection authority (KESB) can have without a precautionary mandate.
